This position performs a variety of routine duties related to the preparation, service, delivery and sanitation of food to clients, patients, staff, and visitors. Must be able to give patient, customer and department support. Must comply with safe food practices and infection control guidelines per hospital, departmental policies and licensing standards. Participates in departmental safety program and support service excellence initiatives. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of six months experience in a Food Services role required. Excellent customer service skills required. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
