Provides procedural support to the Cardiovascular Lab including scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating procedures, patient care within the scope of the job description, patient transport, and maintenance of procedural equipment.


Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school for Radiology Technology or Cardiovascular Technology required. California Radiology Technologist and California Fluoro license required for Radiology Techs.  CPR and ACLS certifications required.  RCIS certification, knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and cardiovascular procedures, proficiency in sterile technique, experience with cardiovascular physiologic monitoring and EKG rhythm recognition preferred. Must be able to respond to “call” within 30 minutes.
