Process and distribute Hospital linen to CMH, Ojai and Clinics. Provide packs to surgical areas and to process misc., items throughout departments. Maintains washroom activities including sorting, separating, loading and unloading washers according to DNV and Title 22. Maintains processing activities including sorting, separating, loading and unloading dryers. Moves carts for linen flow; stacking linens on carts for distribution. Responsible for running equipment (ironer/folder; small folder), folding, processing lab coats, Ojai linen distribution and misc., small folding.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum three months experience working in a housekeeping/laundry environment is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist. Must be able to follow written and oral directions in English.
