    Community Memorial Health System is a community-owned, not-for-profit organization that consists of two hospitals and twelve family-practice health centers serving various communities within Ventura County.     Ojai Valley Community Hospital, an affiliate of Community Memorial Hospital, is a 25 bed general acute care facility designated as a Critical Access Hospital with a distinct part 66 bed skilled nursing facility.     Assumes ownership for managing the implementation of assigned projects. This will include defining and executing the project plan, which will include scope, tasks, timelines, and goals to be achieved. This position manages day-to-day activities of functional team to accomplish goals including prioritization of team task activities, managing available resources, manages to budgetary guidelines, cross-functional integration/alignment with other teams and execution of plans and deliverables. This position monitors assigned projects from initiation through project delivery or Go-live and will work closely with stakeholders and Manager of Technology Services in assessing risk and addressing any issues in meeting deliverables.  


    Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field and a minimum of four (4) years of experience working with Technology related projects, supporting application software, analyzing business problems and project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Knowledge of analysis, debugging and standard project management tools required.  Project Management Professional Certification (or obtain certification within 24 months in position) and Microsoft office automation applications preferred.  Experience with Enterprise Project Management. Software, managing IT contract renewal and IT requirements for ground up buildings projects preferred.
