    Community Memorial Health System is a community-owned, not-for-profit organization that consists of two hospitals and twelve family-practice health centers serving various communities within Ventura County.     Ojai Valley Community Hospital an affiliate of Community Memorial Hospital is a 25 bed general acute care facility designated as a Critical Access Hospital with a distinct part 66 bed skilled nursing facility. OVCH provides inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing services for mostly primary and secondary care needs.  In addition we operate a 24-hour standby emergency department.

    One (1) Per Diem Position Available (may include weekends)


    Provides evaluation and treatment to a variety of in and outpatient diagnoses. Supervises Occupational Therapy Aides as assigned, as appropriate.  Communicates with Nursing and other ancillary services as required. 




    • Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Current Occupational Therapist license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 




    • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • One (1)Year of professional experience with both in and out patient areas of an acute care hospital including pre-graduate clinical internships
    • Previous Skilled Nursing experience
    • Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
