Ojai Valley Community Hospital, an affiliate of Community Memorial Hospital, is a 25 bed general acute care facility designated as a Critical Access Hospital with a distinct part 66 bed skilled nursing facility. OVCH provides inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing services for mostly primary and secondary care needs. In addition we operate a 24-hour standby emergency department.

Supports and assist the Physicians and Registered Nurses within Surgical Services as it relates to Anesthesia services pursuant to the objectives and policies of CMH. Documents activities in an accurate and timely manner to ensure quality patient care and comply with regulations / policies. Supports the operation of the unit by maintaining supplies and equipment necessary for anesthesia patient care. Monitors stock levels, restocks as necessary, and removes unsafe or damaged equipment from use. Supports anesthesiologists pre, intra and post-operatively with equipment and supply needs. Preforms other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Health Care Experience, basic computer skills required. Training from Accredited Anesthesia Equipment Program required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification perferred.
